G.J. Echternkamp studied film at Bard College in New York.  For many years he worked as a music video director and actor, creating a number of viral internet videos for his website bionicfilms.com.  Recently, he completed his first feature film, a documentary entitled FRANK & CINDY, that was shown in part on the first television season of NPR's THIS AMERICAN LIFE on Showtime.  He now resides in Los Angeles and does all kinds of interesting things.
