Connie and Dane are planning to through hike the Appalachian Trail (AT), beginning March 2009.  The Appalachian Trail is a continuous marked footpath that goes from Katahdin in Maine to Springer Mountain in Georgia, a distance of about 2160 miles. Our journey is expected to take five to six months.
