We would like to invite you to become part of the “Merging Souls” community.  It is an international body of generational explorers, who are committed to “embracing chaos” & “exciting community” in the NEX-GEN (Next Generation). 

 

“Merging Souls” may become many things in the future, but for now it is our ongoing conversation called “SubMERGING” dealing with the key issues that lay “beneath the surface” and bring shape and change to the world, the faith community, and the NEX-GEN view of life and purpose.  We live in a present blend between the modern systematic individual worldview and the postmodern “Just do it . . . together” worldview.  We believe it is time to acknowledge the needed changes, explore the path ahead and mentor-lead the NEX-GEN soul transformation.

 

Each month, to begin with, we will introduce a topic for conversation.  We will write it up our website and send it to you.  We then ask that you think through the issue from 3 points.

 

1.Your experience with the topic as it applies to your role in the NEX-GEN.

2.Your observation and conversations directly with the NEX-GEN.

3.Your search of God’s Word, Jesus’ Way and relevant truth found in history and culture.

 

Then, through comments on the SubMERGING BLOG, face book dialog and e-mails together we will explore the issue.  We don’t expect to answer every question that comes up, but we do plan on fully engaging the subject in order to better mentor-lead the NEX-GEN. 

 

The first topic of conversation is found in the following question:

 

“What has the human soul lost as creativity has become simply an option?”

A one page introduction will then be sent to you and placed upon the Merging Souls page on the duzie.com website.

“Merging Souls” is a “support” to the global teen as well as their young leaders who are creating communities in their world.

“Merging Souls” is a “map” helping people find their place as the Church and in the Culture.
