•A “DUZIE” is when Dan donates his first letter “D” and when Suzie gives everything except her first letter “UZIE.” Together they make a “DUZIE.”
“Who are you?”
Dan & Suzie Potter have had the privilege of making some kind of “DUZIE” connection with over 1 million young people in over 60 countries, through camps, retreats, congresses, TV specials & radio broadcasts. Their 25 years of experience as professional entertainers, youth workers, consultants, and communicators (as well as being the proud parents of their own 2 teenagers) establishes them as a pair of generational explorers, for in their field there are no experts. They hold real truth in one hand and creative abilities in another. They try to balance the continual changes of global teens in their third palm and finally while seeing nothing, you know they are holding something totally random up their last sleeve.
They have worked in the local church, with Youth for Christ and around the world with Operation Mobilization for 25 years. They pioneered teen ministry in Poland for 7 years. They are the founders of TeenStreet international and have helped coordinate this work for 15 years in 7 countries, which motivates and equips teens from more than 40 nations. They helped launch Young Hope Net and are responsible for MTO (Missionary Teens Only) camp for missionary teens from around the globe and have done so for 17 years. They have written many camp and congress curriculums, as well as over 120 dramas. They regularly consult and train onboard OM Ships. They run several “DUZIE” workshops and retreats on creativity, sex, communication, mentoring, finding ones passion and “conneXellence”. They are the creators of “imagiNations” the international training and mentoring course for generational workers. And have recently embarked on new work called “mergingsouls” in which they gather generations together to embrace chaos and excite oneness. Dan has worked as a illusionist and comedian professionally, he is a 4th generation teen worker and his passion is to create hope through communication. Suzie is a registered nurse, she is a 3rd generation teen worker and her passion is to influence potential through connections. They both love being in and around change.
