Caesarean Romans
Photos of my 3000 point Caesarean Roman army for Warhammer Ancient Battles.
All of the miniatures in this army are from Wargames Foundry’s range of Caesarean Romans, sculpted by Mark Copplestone.
I intend to expand the army to roughly 5000 points. It will include 10 cohorts , the first of 40 legionaries, the rest of 20 each. The first cohort will be veterans, and there will be 2 cohorts of raw recruits. Allied and auxiliary troops will be represented by the 12 Numidian light cavalry and 40 Numidian skirmishers, 10 or 12 Spanish cavalry, and 3 units of Spanish infantry, about 30-strong each.
