What was it like to surf Pipeline for the first time? Intimidating just knowing it’s the heaviest wave in the world and you could possibly die. Plus there’s like a hundred guys out there who might kill you if you accidentally snake them.

Other passions? Basketball, ping pong and barbecuing buffalo burgers.

Favorite surfers?  Parko, Taj, Boothy

Favorite food? Sushi.

Favorite flavor of XS? Black Cherry Cola

Magic board?  6’0 Xanadu squash

If MTV Laguna Beach wanted you on their reality show, what would you do?  Blow up their headquarters.

Goals?  To become a full-time professional surfer.

Does having parents who are chiropractors give you an edge with your surfing? Definitely. I get free treatment and my body is constantly in working condition. I’m more aware of my body and what is going on inside it than a person who doesn’t have chiropractic parents.

If you could have three things on a deserted island with surf, what would they be?  3 surfboards. I’d rather have boards if there is surf than a pillow or a whoopie cushion.

Biggest life accomplishment? Traveling as much as I have. I’ve been to Fiji, Tahiti, New Zealand, Australia, Italy, France, Germany, Canada and Mexico.
