Michael Addis is the Producer/Director/Writer and Editor of “Heckler” which started as a documentary on Comedian Jamie Kennedy, and became an in-depth examination of what happens when anyone in the audience can become a brutal critic. Jewel talks about that very subject in terms of her music AND image. She wrote a song some time ago that long-time friend, Michael Addis, uses in the film. Jamie gets to confront his live “Hecklers” AND the ones who tore him apart via email in the film. Some of the famous comedians who’ve been heckled and talk about it the movie include Howie Mandel, Jon Lovitz, Kathie Griffin, Lewis Black, Louie Anderson, Bill Maher and more.
