It’s the first of what I intend to be an annual compilation of songs that are literally or in some thematic way about Christmas (if only to me), and that haven’t already pummeled you into catatonia by way of their overexposure. Or so I hope. Anyway, I’ve sent out as many hard-copies via snail mail as I practically can, and now I’m putting the whole 80-minute opus up as a podcast in two parts. Maybe I’ll save myself a couple hundred clams in discs, jewelcases, padded mailers, and postage next year and go digital-only. But probably not.
