Welcome to my new home page.
The first thing you might notice is that this site has what you might call diversity. That’s because, well, I’m a diverse person. If I don’t include writing, then I would have to say that there are three loves in my life: power training, martial arts, and spirituality.
Instead of focusing on just powerlifting, bodybuilding, and strength training (as my last site did), I decided to include martial arts and spirituality (and the philosophy that accompanies it) here as well.
Have a look around. If you have a love for any three of these subjects, then I think you’ll find plenty of stuff to whet your appetite.
