Kevin Burke and Cal Scott are pleased to announce a special concert featuring a Preview Performance of "The Irish Session Suite", a new, never before performed work, consisting of ten traditional tunes arranged in four movements for string quartet. Kevin's fiddle will lead the traditional tunes through Cal's beautifully scored arrangements played by some of the Northwest's finest musicians - Andrew Ehrlich, violin, Mattie Kaiser, viola and Justin Kagan, cello. This challenging project has been made possible by a grant from Regional Arts and Culture Council (RACC) and should prove to be one of the decade's most exciting and intriguing musical collaborations.
