Dear Friend,

Over the past 20 years, I have had the pleasure of helping my patients with a broad spectrum of hearing issues and concerns. I have been honored to become your advocate on a professional and personal level. Cruz Hearing was founded with my vision of offering patients the best in service, technology and personal care.

I could not have obtained my vision without my staff, who shares my vision for excellence in everything we do. I have recently been offered the opportunity to accept a position as the Director of Hearing Aids with the Wayne State University Physicians Group.I am excited to offer my knowledge and expertise in leading the University to better serve their patients.

I will still hold my position as owner of Cruz Hearing Aid Service and will be in close contact with the practice to ensure that the same level of care and service will prevail. Those of you who have had the opportunity to meet and work with my son, Joshua Cruz, my wife, Kathryn, my associate, Jon Boynton, and patient advocate, Meredith Frederick, know that their expertise, professionalism, and values are top notch.
