Dear Well-Wishers...

I know it’s been a while since I did an update, and I do apologize. My new job has kept me very busy, so I haven’t had a lot of time to sit down and write entries.

So - here’s an update. Several months ago, we announced that we would be releasing Corruption on DVD at the end of this month. Well, first the bad news... (Trust me, there is good news at the end of this).

After reviewing the cost of creating a DVD and running the product tests and weighing that with the interest from the audience, we have decided to postpone the DVD indefinitely. This does not mean won’t do one sometime in the future, but as for right now, no DVD is planned.

Part of this was the interest we received from our viewers. Unfortunately, we simply don’t have the money to do bulk releases and limited releases are actually more expensive.

The other issue we had was a higher than acceptable failure rate of the discs themselves in product testing. Of the 20 discs I created, nearly 40% of them failed.

Because we value our name and our product, we feel releasing a product that does not work would be unfair to our consumers.

So I understand this is a lot of crummy news. But here’s the good news.

As you are probably aware, online movie rentals are becoming more and more of a reality. Well, we didn’t want to rent this movie out. We wanted people to see it for free. So, I have exported the film in an MP4 format and I have uploaded it to this site.

THE MOVIE IS NOW ONLINE.

This isn’t some rough cut or bullshit mini-preview. This is the entire 98 minute feature film. And it is free.

As you can probably see, we’re really excited to be able to offer this.

Furthermore, on the page with the movie, there is a link to be able to write a review of this movie. That’s right, you can actually tell us what you think of it. More on that on the actual page.

There are three small stipulations to this agreement.

1. 1.The film will be online for 90 days. After that, it may be removed. If the preview is an overwhelming success, we may leave it up for a little longer
   

2. 2.We would like it if you would not download this movie to your computer. And you can not repost it to another site. Nor may you post links to it on other sites. Any such posting is not appreciated.
   

3. 3.We would like it if you would tell 3 friends about the film. Spread the word on this film. This is a grass roots campaign to get this film out to the general public. Help us out by telling people. You can gladly give the link to my website out to them for that purpose.
   

Understand that by posting this, it does not make it in the public domain. And no ownership is being transferred. The same copyright laws and regulations apply to this as they would to a DVD.

So, now that you can view the film online, please enjoy it. Bandwidth is limited and the film is nearly 1 GB in size, so please be courteous in watching it (don’t watch it three times a day). And finally, please do not distribute or repost this film on any medium known or unknown.
