Creative Identity is a music therapy and vocational arts site-based day program that serves adults, age 18+, with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Anaheim, CA. We operate under the principle that all individuals innately possess talents and skills that serve as powerful vehicles for self-exploration and empowerment.

The Consumer Rights Complaint process is a mechanism to be used when an individual consumer, or any representative acting on behalf of a consumer, believes that any right has been wrongly or unfairly denied by a regional center, developmental center, or a service provider. This process is available to all consumers over the age of three.

Upcoming Events
Very Special Arts (VSA) : Performance by The Pride String Ensemble and The Pride Singers at Main Place Mall in Santa Ana on Saturday, April 21, 2012. Performance time to be determined.
Annual Summer Concert at Creative Identity : Saturday, June 23, 2012. The Boutique opens at 5:30 pm and the concert begins at 6:00 pm. Minimum suggested donation is $5.00 at the door.
