Welcome to my web page. I have included my bio and CV.  Because of my professional and personal interests in communications, media, and the film industry I have commentary and links related to these fields. I am interested in the impact that technology is having on our lives. Everything is at our fingertips, but what is being lost?

Naturally, as a former journalist, I am always interested in current events. I hope I practice what I teach students: to look past the “message”, and around the corners, and realize there is always more than appears on the surface, in other words, to think critically.

My first love is film and theater, as both performer and audience. I have set up another web page Acting Guide A - Z which is a labor of love and will be developed as time allows.
