Individual/Private Lessons
Private lessons are scheduled on an individual basis, and are approximately 1 1/2 hours in length and cover the basic technique.  It is not always necessary to take an additional lesson, but many people do in order to learn the higher level aspects of the technique, such as: cadence and gears, running up and down hills, and designing a training program.
1/2 Day Workshop

If you pay for a lesson or workshop  via one of the links below and cancel 7 days in advance of the scheduled lesson or workshop, you will receive your full payment minus a $5.00 processing fee.  If you cancel less than 7 days before the lesson or workshop, you will not receive a refund, but the fee may be used as a credit toward a future lesson or workshop within one year.  Please note that I have a many obligations that can make it a challenge to schedule lessons.  If we need to reschedule I will do everything I can to find a suitable time and date, but I cannot guarantee how quickly this will happen.

Drop-In Lessons
1/2-Day Workshops are always scheduled in advance and posted on the PhillyChi Website.  Please note that any workshops posted on the ChiRunning site must be paid for via that site: http://www.chirunning.com/shop/pages.php?pageid=3. 
The 1/2 Day Workshop covers all of the basic technique, as well as other ChiRunning principles and skills, such body looseners, running up and down hills, core engagement and hip rotation, running at different speeds and cadence.  http://www.chirunning.com/shop/pages.php?pageid=3shapeimage_15_link_0
Drop-In Lessons are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, beginning March 10, at 6:00 p.m., at the Cooper River Park Stadium near Cherry Hill.  The majority of these nights will be introductory lessons, but I will schedule advanced lessons from time to time.  These sessions will cover the same material as private lessons, but with a small group and at a reduced rate.  Click here for schedule.
