Cornerstone Community Church is a place for you and your family to grow with us as we worship God and serve Him and others. We’re a non-denominational church meeting Sundays at Johnston Middle School, and we’ve recently acquired our own land on which we hope to build in the near future. There’s something for you at Cornerstone, where you’ll find friendly faces of all ages and walks of life gathered to worship Jesus Christ and follow God’s word, the Bible. Our summer schedule of Sunday services includes a REMEMBER service at 9:00 AM focusing on Christ’s sacrifice for us. Our CONNECT service begins at 10:30 with lively contemporary worship and a Biblical message relevant to our everyday lives. We offer a supervised nursery during CONNECT. Our INQUIRE classes (small group Bible study and fellowship) are now meeting Sunday evenings at various homes beginning Sept. 13th. Wednesday night activities include 7PM Prayer & Bible Study at 6000 Douglas Avenue in Des Moines, Awana for kids at Wallace Elementary, and youth programs for junior high and high school students.
