Cornerstone Community Church is a place for you and your family to grow with us as we worship God and serve Him and others. We’re a non-denominational church now meeting Sundays at Johnston Middle School. There’s something for you here, where you’ll find friendly faces of all ages and walks of life gathered to worship Jesus Christ and follow God’s word, the Bible. Our summer schedule of Sunday services includes a REMEMBER service at 9:15 AM focusing on Christ’s sacrifice for us. Our CONNECT service begins at 10:30 with lively contemporary worship and a Biblical message relevant to our everyday lives. Our INQUIRE classes (a time of fellowship and discipleship in small classroom settings) and kids’ Sunday school are currently on break for the summer. We offer a supervised nursery during CONNECT. Wednesday night activities include 7PM Prayer & Bible Study at 6000 Douglas Avenue in Des Moines, Awana for kids at Wallace Elementary, and youth programs for junior high and high school students.
