Parent Workshops & Discussion Groups All West Harlem workshops take place at 121 West 128th St. at 9am. In an effort to involve parents in their child’s education and to improve perceptions of special education, Cooke providers facilitate parent workshops to interested families and agencies. Parent support, through consultation, is also provided to assist with concerns surrounding siblings, home support, and developing home-school partnerships that enhance the effectiveness of interventions.
