Grand Young Party
The Young Republicans of Johnson County

Seeking to Serve...Preparing to Lead
The Grand Young Party is a club associated with the Johnson County Republican Party in the state of Texas. Organized in 2004, the Young Republicans soon put together an officer core and held a fundraiser and membership drive. In the fall of that year the club organized a trip to New Mexico to campaign in the last push of the 2004 Presidential Campaign. Despite the waning interest of an off-year, the Young Republicans organized a debate between primary opponents for Congress in 2006.

The Grand Young Party is a training organization for volunteers, an educational organization for younger voters, and a social organization for those who share common political beliefs. Our meetings are scheduled according to the time of year and around events and are posted here on the website. We also plan field trips to places of historical and political interest and social gatherings where conservative conversation is the best drawing card.

Honor the Texas flag.
I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one and indivisible.
“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”
