A Little Bit of History About Me
I caught the film bug when I was 13 or 14 years old, sitting in a friends darkened living room watching “John Carpenter’s The Thing”. By the time the lights came back on I knew what I wanted to be when I grew up - a filmmaker. Not long after, I talked my dad into buying a Super 8 camera, projector and splicer, and started making films with my friends.

I went on to study film at Humber College in Toronto, and then attended The New York Film Academy’s inaugural first year, where I was the only Canadian amongst an international student body.
I have spent the last 10 years working as an assistant editor on such TV series as “Nero Wolfe”, “Playmakers” and “Little Mosque on the Prairie” and several TV movies and the feature films “The Skulls II”, “The Skulls III”, “Where The Truth Lies”, “Full of It”, “Breakfast With Scot”, The Year of Getting to Know Us, Adoration and Chloe.
I recently created a new company called Red Sneakers Media with Ron Basch, the star of my films “Sweet Tooth”, “Alchemy”, “Remote” and “The Elusive Man”. Together we have produced our own work as well as a promo for Mobifest and a PSA for Greg Machula and co-produced short films for Mark Sanders.
Here, you’ll find my first attempts at filmmaking, some of my more recent efforts and work I’ve done for other filmmakers. Check them out and let me know what you think.
