TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
General
  1. •    The minimum stay is four days.
  2. •    Pets are not accepted.
  3. •    Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment.
  4. •   The rental of the apartment is from 1:00 pm on the day of arrival to 10:00 am on the day of          departure.
 
Downpayment
To confirm and guarantee your reservation, we must receive a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the rental. You can either choose secured online Paypal payment or pay by bank wire transfer. As soon we receive the deposit, we will send you a confirmation within 24 hours with all the necessary information.
 
Balance payment
The balance of the total rental cost must be paid either by Paypal or bank transfer one week before arrival, or by cash upon arrival.
 
Prices
The price includes :
  1. •    Customary household linen and cleaning service.
  2. •    Cost of water, electricity and residence taxes.
  3. •  Individual heating
  4. •  Internet unlimited ADSL access (WiFi or Ethernet cable).
  5. •    Telephone calls to 49 countries (France, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia...)
  6. •    Cable TV with 96 international channels
 
The price does not include :
  1. •  Computer
  2. •Insurance on personal items, jewellery, clothing, computers, etc
 
Security deposit
A security deposit of 400 euros is required to cover any damages caused by any people occupying the apartment.
For stay over one week, the amount is to be determined according to the stay period.
This security deposit will be refunded on your departure. In case of damage caused by any renter, which would require estimation from professionals, your security deposit will be kept for a minimum of 15 days or until all repairs will be completed.
 
Rental agreement
Upon arrival, you will be required to sign a seasonal furnished rental agreement and an inventory stock list. A copy of the rental agreement will be sent you as soon we receive the downpayment.
