Tea Selections
There are four types of tea, black, oolong, green & white and all come from the camellia sinensis plant. It is the processing of the tea that differentiates its type. All our teas our served loose in your teapot. Boiling hot water is then poured over the tea to allow the "agonizing of the leaves" to release its full flavor.

Herbal Infusions
Since herbal infusions are not from the camellia sinensis plant they are not considered to be tea, although given the name herbal tea it is more accurate to call them tisanes.
Tisanes are decaffeinate, and are often not served with milk.
Red Tea - Rooibos
Although given the name Tea rooibos is actually a tisane as it does not come from the camellia sinensis. And how do you pronounce this lovely tisane - "Roy Boss"
We blend it with lavender to give a more aromatic and delicate flavor.
Hibiscus, Licorice, Peppermint, Potpourri Flower (chamomile), Lavender & Leomongrass
Cream is served with Coffee and Milk is served with Tea. Cream masks the flavor of Tea, while Milk helps cut the Tannins in the Tea. Our Milk is served warm to the touch, so as to not cool your Tea.
