What is Teen Week?
Teen Week is a week of devotionals and activities designed to spiritually strengthen teens and get them ready to represent Christ powerfully at their schools in the Fall. The goal is for Christian teens to leave with rock-solid convictions and for non-Christian teens to leave with a burning, urgent desire to build a relationship with God. It takes place annually and is hosted by the Columbia Church of Christ.

How Do I Register?
Registration is completed when the Teen Week Registration/Medical Form along with a payment of $100and $70 for additional sibling is received by the Columbia Church. The Registration/Medical Form must be completed by a parent or guardian. Checks and money orders can be made out to the Columbia Church of Christ and sent to the following address:

					Columbia, SC 29205
How do I get there?
Teen Week participants are responsible for arranging their transportation to the Teen Week drop-off and pick-up points. This year, the drop-off point on Wednesday, August 13th is at The Look Up Lodge, 100 Look Up Lodge Road; Traveler’s Rest, SC 29690 at 4:00pm. The pick-up point on Sunday, August 17th is: The Columbia Church of Christ, 2925 Devine Street; Columbia, SC 29205 at 12noon.

What are the housing arrangements?
In most instances, Teen Week participants are grouped by grade level (i.e. freshmen & sophomores; junior & seniors) and/or need, and are housed by “host families”. A host family is a family of the Columbia Church of Christ that volunteers to house a specific number of teens during Teen Week. The Teen Week staff welcomes any information parents can provide that will help us place their teen in an environment that they will enjoy and benefit from. For any information on housing please contact:
Dwaine Thomas (803) 422-1940; dwainemtho@aol.com

What are the driving arrangements during Teen Week?
We know each ministry has their own guidelines for driving during teen events. All transportation provided by the Columbia Church of Christ will be operated by an adults. We do not allow teens to drive participants without parental consent. Participating ministries may arrange driving according to the guidelines set for their ministry.
