Congratulations Caroline J. Ingoglia!

Caroline is a Food Science senior from Oviedo, FL.  She has been active in the FSHN Club for three years and is a member of their Food Product Development Team, which has worked extensively with dairy products.  She has experience as a Panel Assistant with the FSHN Taste Panel, is a regular attendee at FL Section meetings, and is a member of national IFT.  Caroline volunteers for Relay for Life, a UF campus group that raises money for and awareness about cancer research, and served as a Lab Assistant in the UF Microbiology Department.  She also just returned from a semester abroad in Amsterdam.  There, she completed a research internship studying the effects of sorbic acid and heat on Bacillus subtilis spores for UvA Microbiology Lab, presenting her work at Unilever.
