to the ‘World Cup’ event. After a brief session on defense, the players are grouped into their teams and play begins. While scores are not kept, it gives players an opportunity to experience a tournament in a fun and exciting way. Players are encouraged to bring their favorite national team jersey and will be allowed to wear them during the World Cup Event. Then the coaches don their playing gear and play a brief game against all the kids. The coaches vs kids game has been apart of summer camps from the beginning and looked forward to by participants and coaches alike. After the game, the coaches address the players and say goodbye, until the next camp!

Of course, the players take their ball home with them and it’s theirs to keep.
