The intent of these pages is to help my students, both online and fact-to-face, get to know me and my world a little better. I will post pictures and create a blog about the things I am thinking about. If the spirit moves, take a minute to post your reaction to anything I post.

A little about my family, my wife’s name is Lisa and we have been married since July 4, 1993. Our daughter’s name is Joy and she was born on Nov. 20, 2000. We life in Angwin CA - a little town in the north end of the Napa Valley atop a 1700 foot mountain. We have a lot of pets and at the moment have, 3 horses, 1 donkey, 2 cast, 1 bird, and 1 dog.

My educational history - I am a product of Adventist education. I attended grade school at John Nevins Elementary, High School at Takoma Academy, and College at Columbia Union College, Pacific Union College then graduated from Andrews with a B.S. in Physical Education and a minor in Health. My M.A. is in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Psychology from Sonoma State University. I am currently working on the dissertation to complete my Ph.D. in Leadership at Andrews University.

My hobbies include running, windsurfing, swimming, photography, reading and most of all my family.
