The largest city in the second-largest country in South America, Buenos Aires (Fair Winds) is the capital of Argentina. Also referred to as, "Capital Federal," to differentiate the city from the province of the same name, BsAs is located on the southern shore of the Rio de la Plata. With its strong influences from European culture, Buenos Aires is considered by many as the "Paris of South America."
