We searched high and low for the perfect wedding spot. From Napa & Sonoma, to Santa Barbara, to Vancouver & Victoria and even Tofino, British Columbia. The search which began in January of 2006 lasted until we literally found the perfect place right in our backyard. We finally settled on an estate up in the hills of Aptos, CA - Clem’s old stomping ground.

But that long search came to screeching halt in February-March of 2007. When we sat down and decided to move forward with having a baby. The clincher was sitting down and crunching out the numbers of the new baby and the wedding together in 1 year. We both passed out! So we decided to postponed the wedding and move forward with the baby. It’s now been over a year since  we made that decision and we are now revisiting our options.

With little Clementine, almost here, we are finally ready to figure out this whole wedding thing. This time we are seriously weighing out our options since we know what we want and what we like. It’s a hard process to find the perfect place and agree on every little detail. So we are now on the hunt for the right wedding for us. Travel is always an option this time around makes more sense since we can’t travel a lot anymore.
