My Philosophy

I tailor my teaching to each child as an individual in order to help pupils reach their full potential. I believe that learning is strongly influenced by motivation, one of my primary functions is motivating students to develop enthusiasm and a positive approach to learning. My role is also to set high standards to stretch potential to the maximum, as students will tend to give what is expected.
