I’m amazed that everybody trying to lose weight or achieve a healthy body isn’t applying the methods laid out in this book.  Jean is so knowledgeable in nutrition and exercise that I was able to achieve my goals in less than 6 weeks and be in way better shape at 49 than I ever was in my twenties.  The basic principle is using food as fuel and having an understanding of when and what you should eat at certain times.  As private training with Jean he explains how to workout hard and not experience muscle soreness, allowing you to be more consistent and get real results.  Incredible that in over 20 years no one explained all of this to me.  The book and Jean’s philosophy is presented n simple terms and is easy to follow.  As Jean always say’s “it’s really simple, but not easy” as people don’t like changing their habits.

On top of reminding me about the principles of nutrition and training, I also learned a lot of new things. What is very interesting is the way you present the principles and the workout, there is a lot of enthusiasm, passionand energy. I find "What's Next?"  really rich in information and motivating.
