Before Green Hammer planned the pour of our second and final layer of concrete, the site was excavated and the footings were poured by Ron Gambell owner of R.G. Specialties.  In addition, the rough in plumbing and drains were installed by Dean, owner of NaDean’s Custom Plumbing and the hydronic heating tubes were installed and pressure tested.  After all of these systems were in place, R.G. Specialties poured the final slab which is approximately eight inches thick.  I took about ten weeks to prepare for a final concrete pour which took less than a day to complete.
