Tom has been a pastor for 27 years and has served some of the larger Lutheran Churches in the Twin Cities.  He began a ministry known as “Stepping Into Eternity” about  seven years ago because he saw a need for good materials to help equip the church in discipleship.  Tom’s website is full of resources that can equip a believer in how to deal with the issues we face in today’s culture.  In his interview, Tom address some of the greatest lessons he has learned through his pastoral career.
