Au départ Moonshine est un groupe de Bluegrass pur. Ayant perdu deux banjoïstes américains, tous deux rentrés au pays, le groupe décide d’exploiter sa situation avec une nouvelle ouverture dans le choix des morceaux et dans leur interprétation. Ils explorent un mélange dynamique et moderne de bluegrass, country, rock et folk, joué sur des instruments acoustiques et inerpretés avec des harmonies vocales à trois.

Acoustic country music

Moonshine started out as a straight bluegrass band. After losing two banjo players, both Americans who returned Stateside, the band found they could to explore new horizons in terms of song selection and arrangement.

The result is a dynamic and modern mixture of bluegrass, country, rock and folk played with traditional acoustic instruments and three-part vocal harmonies.
