Born in Germany, Frankfurt a.M., in 1974. Lives and works in Lisbon, Portugal. Works as film director and producer. B.A. in Film Editing, M.A. in Film Direction, both from the National Filmschool in Portugal (Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema). M.Phil in Aesthetics/ Philosophy of Art at the Lisbon University (Faculdade de Letras). Founded with Isabel Machado in 2003 the production company C.R.I.M. Produções. As a filmmaker, Christine explores the borders between documentary and fiction.
