We arrived at the El Morro Park about mid morning. The sun was shining and the weather was perfect. Scott and Lori arrived soon after as well as my close friend Glenn. We rode together to the top of mountain and looked out over the wonderful panorama of the Newport Coast. These moments in time stay with us forever. Whenever we feel caught up with work, and the daily grind. The escape to the local mountains and hillsides provides solace and rejuvenation. The workout is always great too.
