In Fall 2008, participants of this sequentially presented residency program will experience jazz as a gateway to multi-culturalism, inter-disciplinary collaboration, and individual creativity.  The story of Gigi Gryce (also known as Basheer Qusim) will unify these themes in pre-concert workshops, for a total of six activities for each community partner.
