We had an event today.  

Christopher was in the Tech Center cutting some wood on a table saw, and cut his finger!

We rushed to the Emergency Room, and praise God, he didn't cut down to the bone (although we thought he had at first).  He didn't even need to have stitches!  

The doctor numbed his finger, cut off dead skin, and then put some type of medicine that cauterized his wound.  She then dressed it and sent us home.  We picked up some prescribed antibiotics and pain pills at the store on our way home.  

That's our big event for the day!

In other news:

I started in the nursery today, and am getting a crash course in taking care of babies :)

Christopher has been working in the Tech Center for the past two days. 

Evidently, there was a BIG NEED for more help in both areas, so they're VERY HAPPY to have us help.
