STRUTTON GROUND
The conversion of an inter war dance hall in the heart of Victoria. By inserting a new mezzanine floor and forming large light wells around the perimeter the useable office floor space was effectively doubled. The land locked site accessed from the busy street market required carefully considered construction techniques. Completed in 15 weeks.
