Planning permission has been granted for Foundation’s conversion of this 1970’s office building to create 64 self contained residential flats and 10,000 sq/ft of commercial space.
The scheme includes 60 car parking spaces and provides for a high level of affordable housing on site.
In addition to improving the performance of the building fabric the building is extended by some 30%.
