Foundation have won permission for this 7,000 sq/ft house in John Street W1. Creating an inward looking four storey mews house to the rear of this grade II listed building required the architects to work with the Officers from Camden to achieve a scheme that was successful on it’s first application.
The scheme includes a basement level with swimming pool and recreations rooms linked through the use of a top lit atrium to the upper storeys. The scheme includes two parking spaces using a vehicle lift and is due to go on site in 2010.
