GREAT QUEEN STREET
A substantial restoration exercise included the treatment of “Regent Street’s Disease” where the rusting of the steel frame and damage to the stone cladding required careful replacement of much of the cladding. Foundation continues to maintain and improve the building for Asda Property Holdings and are currently designing a new restaurant for the lower floors and carrying out external refurbishment.
