CAMDEN HIGH STREET
The refurbishment of 10,000 sq/ft of office space in the heart of Camden included the re-planning of the core areas to create flexible, divisible floor space.
The build was completed to budget and an 18-week programme and was let in late 2002 to a computer programme developer. We have subsequently achieved a landmark planning decision, at appeal, for the addition of a further storey to this building in the Camden Town Conservation Area.
