ARGYLL STREET
A new top floor addition totaling 2,000 square feel of top quality office space was added to this 6 storey building in the Regents Street Conservation area. Access for the development involved use of the Grade 1 Listed Palladium Theatre and careful negotiation with the adjoining owners during the construction, which was carried out with both buildings in occupation.
