Leadership Workshops
Now what? That is the question that I can imagine is left in many peoples minds after my keynote address. It is one thing to get caught up in the program and the ALOHA spirit...but finding tools to help complete the job back home, is another. If time allows, I am able to provide a variety of workshops that I can tailor to your specific conference. The following are descriptions of my two most popular workshops that can range from 60 to 120 minutes.
Stacking the deck in your favor - Learning to Lead Now by learning how to GO M.A.D!
This workshop is a variety of ideas and tools that can be used to help empower students to 'stack the deck in their favor' in school by taking control and enabling others to follow in a positive way. Based on the premise of the books LEAD NOW OR STEP ASIDE – The Ultimate Handbook for Student Leaders, and GO. M.A.D. - Make A Difference, both co-written by Kevin Wanzer, there will be discussions on the ideal characteristics in being an effective student leader. It's also a sharing of unique and fun fundraising and spirit ideas. Each workshop is different each and every time. The outcome of the discussion dictates the direction of the workshop, which can include drug education and prevention ideas that can be implemented by student leaders to create an influence on the rest of the student body.

These characteristics include Creativity, Character, Goal Setting, Authenticity, Managing Stress, Overcoming Adversity, Team Building and Resolving Conflict.
	•	A sharing of unique and fun fundraising and spirit ideas.
	•	Team Building and Personal Development games and exercises to illustrate the importance of being ones own role model.
	•	Various leadership games that will help implement a variety of leadership messages.
	•	A frank discussion of the pluses and minuses of the school setting and what can be done to help create positive change.

This is a workshop where the message is sure to last long after the laughter.http://homepage.mac.com/choosetolove/speakingvideos/iMovieTheater24.htmlshapeimage_4_link_0
