Six junior alpine races were held at Chester Bowl during the 2007- 2008 ski season. 245 different children, ages 3 to 16, participated in the various events.
This is the largest number of skiers that have ever raced in a ski season at the park.  The hill’s slogan is, “Everyone’s a winner at Chester Bowl,” and all skiers were recognized for their efforts.  The 6 different races averaged 129 skiers per event.  We gratefully thank our sponsors, All Star Photo, The Duluth Lion’s Club, Republic Bank, The Ski Hut, The Kiwanis Club of Friendly Duluth and Edmunds Realty.
