OUR PARK IS A PLACE OF FUN, PEACE & SAFETY.
ABUSE AND HARASSMENT ARE NOT TOLERATED.
OBJECTIVE: To provide a safe and peaceful environment for all park users.
DEFINITION- Abuse and harassment include any physical, mental, emotional or psychological violation of the boundaries of others. This includes, but is not limited to: -Physical harassment -Sexual harassment -Religious harassment -Racial harassment -Taunting, Intimidation and Stalking - Verbal abuse, including name calling and swearing -Lack of sensitivity, courtesy, respect, "Good Sportsmanship" and decency.
CONSEQUENCES:
1st offense - Warning
2nd offense - Loss of skiing privileges for one halt hour.
3rd offense - Loss of skiing privileges for the day, must leave park, and parents must talk to park supervisor to
be readmitted.
4th offense - Loss of skiing privileges for one week.
5th offense - Loss of skiing privileges for two weeks.
6th offense - Loss of skiing privileges for the winter.
