    ❖A spacious, Prairie-style home with a lovely front porch that looks out on a wooded public park; the original residence on the site.

  2. ❖Three bedrooms: One with a queen bed and small futon; one with a full bed and small futon; and one with two twin beds (one plush, one firm)

  3. ❖Each room has a desk stocked with basic office supplies (paper clips, stamped envelopes, etc.).

  4. ❖Spacious kitchen with a table that expands to seat 6.

  5. ❖Washer and dryer.

 

  1. ❖Telephone for local calls.

  2. ❖High-speed wireless Internet.

  3. ❖If reserved as a whole, sleeps up to 8 people, with no “extra person” charges.

  4. ❖When reserved by the room, we limit occupancy so that no more than four guests share the apartment’s 1-1/2 baths. During off-peak times it is not unusual for guests reserving individual rooms to have the apartment to themselves.
