Course Description  8th Grade

      In Introduction to Physical Science, students study the fundamental concepts    of the physical sciences.  Emphasis is placed on both chemistry and physics.  Students gain knowledge of the methods and standards of physical science through problem solving and laboratory applications.  This course prepares the student for future high school science electives in chemistry and physics.

Course Description 1st  Grade

      Children have a natural ability to do science only they don’t know it yet.  This course will help children to look at nature and life to enable them to have the foundation necessary to understand this wonderful world. We will make observations and collect data.  Reading writing and math will be introduced as the year progresses.
