There is a mandatory $400 cleaning fee for this home. No Smoking and No Pets. Linens are included and there is broadband internet. The house is a cross-platform, open Wi-Fi hotspot, though we can’t guarantee compatibility or provide tech support. 2009 Weekly Rates: *In the off season rentals must begin at least 24 hours after the prior tenant departs so that the house may be properly serviced. *There is a mandatory cleaning fee between June and September 30 of $400. During the remainder of the year the fee is $350.
