i've been away a while i know...got lost in my little black box and a move and life in general...but this little video got me a little choked up (just a little...i'm still hard as nails) and i wanted to notice that in public...i've had a good feeling about john edwards for a long time, and now he looks like he's working a bigger game...shedding the mask a bit...this goes along with my new

so i ate no food yesterday...just drank water and unsweetened cranberry water...amazingly enough i drank 72 ounces of each, and was still dry at the end of the day! i’m thinking that next time i do this (september 23 perhaps?) i’ll need to modify the recipe a bit...1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup cran-water for each pound of body weight...or maybe just free form it and drink enough water for

doing good with the new diet, although on tuesday i spied those super tasty chocolate covered hard toffees that i love over at the village market and what can i say? my foraging bear snagged three and shared them with me as we walked through the aisles. totally with the program since then. however.

The following comments are in reference to Docket No. APHIS-2006-0084. I oppose the deregulation of genetically engineered plum trees for the following reasons:
1.There has been no serious public debate on this matter, which is important enough to require such in order to maintain a climate of true democracy in these United States of America.
