If you are interested in ordering we recommend you contact our office by e-mail TriDhardware@mac.com or by phone (714) 549-2477.

We will need to know the type, finish and quantity of the hardware you need.  We will also need to know the information from the Credit Card you intend to use.  We will provide you with the availability and expected ship date.

1. a.Payment in full before shipment.
   

2. b.NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS.
   

3. c.No merchandise may be returned without our prior agreement.  Credit will be issued based upon original invoice price less 25% restocking charge.
   

4. d.All shortages and damage claims must be reported within 30 days of merchandise receipt.
